Here at Pathfield School, we are committed to providing a curriculum which encompasses our Mission Statement and Core Learning Values of Total Communication and Interaction. This ensures a basis for life-long learning for pupils to achieve their potential and exceed their expectations. We provide teaching and learning in a creative, valued, practical and fun way which is appropriate to each individual pupil. Our curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of the individual, ensure equality and through effective transition to prepare pupils for all aspects of adult life in a multi-cultural society.

The Pathfield School curriculum will promote respect, self-worth, dignity and the rights of the individual so that our pupils can achieve, with the appropriate facilities for their unique needs, maximum independence in their adult life.

In addition, the curriculum is enhanced through the use of external providers such as dedicated Music sessions, Drama and Theatre workshops, swimming lessons at Tarka Leisure Centre, and other sports activities.
