The successful candidate will be part of a team, working with parents, carers and families to ensure that the children have the support and care they need to succeed in their education, the wider community and in their future adult lives. The post holder will work with pupils and parents on a case by case basis to help meet their specific needs. This will involve working with other agencies including social care. They will be expected to write reports, develop workshops and training, make referrals and attend meetings on behalf of the school.
This is a very dynamic and flexible role responding to the needs of the pupils and their family and carers at Pathfield School.
Salary £12.45 per hour
30 hours a week, 42 weeks per annum
