Pathfield School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its pupils. We are fully committed to ensuring that consistent effective safeguarding procedures are in place to support our pupils, their families and staff at school.
When recruiting, we ensure we follow our Recruitment & Selection Policy which endorses and supports the mandatory guidance in 'Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education'. We ensure ALL our staff undergo regular safeguarding training - and that they are fully aware of who the school's Designated Child Protection Officers' are and how they go about raising any concerns.
